Here Comes the Sun

To meditate on nature is to realize how its cycles and changes are our first, best and biggest reflector when trying to understand the wholeness of ourselves as human beings. As Above, So Below.

facing your own shadows

The Summer Solstice is the longest day of light of the year and to align with its energy is to grow the intention of allowing more light to flow to you and through you today. You are invited to feel lighter today, to embrace warmth and to shine the goodness of who you are because this is the light that grows all that we need to thrive.

As always, this is the best time to receive that which is calling to you. It is the best time to receive the ideas that feel better, that feel lighter, that inspire and call to us in excitement, expansion and growth. It is the best time to feel relief and to be easy with ourselves about who we are and where we are going. It is the best time to feel illuminated with a purpose, big or small, today.

Because of the nature of our world today, seeds have already been planted about how you would envision this world to be if you were so powerful to create it. You have already held in your heart how it would feel to be open, welcoming and compassionate to those around us who are just trying to live their life to its fullest expansion, too.

You have already dreamed about what it would feel like to know that we are One people, beautiful and strong in our differences – but intrinsically and energetically the same. You have already felt the invisible thread that connects us, no matter what we look like or where we come from. You have already felt it and you have already decided that fear is not how you want to reflect this connection; because it feels better to love, understand, hope, have compassion, practice peace, share joy, create experiences, create art, form communities and families and just Be. At Peace. At One. In Unison, shifting and shaping our world. Together.

Continuing to fight (read: fear) against what we do not want to live only weakens our self as a whole and gives energy to that which we are fighting. Build what you do want. Connect with others who want the same, strengthen that connection with love because anger is not a lasting foundation. Start building the empire that is embodied in your soul’s purpose. Love yourself enough to do it. You are that powerful.

This is the best time.

Take in as much light as you can today and allow that fire to tend to your vision, ideas and hopes for the days to come. Allow the warmth of the Summer to grow your intentions and fuel the inspirations you have to be the human being you came here to be. Allow the light to illuminate the shadows for what they are: changeable, extinguishable, and never as powerful as the light you hold to always be the change you wish to see and that which teaches others to embody and share their own light. We cannot do any of that by continuing to cast the shadows of our fear. It is the best time to let that shit go.

Receive the light that is all around you. Feel it. Allow its presence to move through you and be as nature is reflecting back to you: easy, flowing, changing, growing. Allow what is not working to fall away and know that you, and those around you, will grow wherever you are, as long as you let the light in.

Sending love to you on your path,

Rose.

Here Comes the Sun
Here comes the sun (doo doo doo doo)
Here comes the sun, and I say
It’s all right
Little darling, it’s been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it’s been here
Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun, and I say
It’s all right
Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces
Little darling, it seems like years since it’s been here
Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun, and I say
It’s all right
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun,
