As we are bearing witness to many social constructs crumbling and shifting, take heart that you are here in this time and space for a reason. Your Reason. Your Purpose. It is forgotten within you, but it is not lost.
There is value in reviewing yourself. Value in hindsight. Value in the attention you place upon yourself in the midst of the bigger picture. Just don't get stuck there.Â
It feels good to feel good and feeling good is a choice we make and support by the thought structure we inhabit.
You have a birth right of joy, purpose and individuality amongst others and when you are connected to that Source within, you are connected to the Source of Self-Love.Â
You have everything you need to make sense of the chaos and feel into the common sense that is found when you feel the clarity that can only come when you are connected from the inside, out.Â
You decide, first of all, that you are the thinker of your thoughts and that your thoughts are no longer controlling you. Take that in for a moment. Let yourself just be aware of the thoughts that come through. You are the one who is aware of thought.Â
Just as you come to feel, know and live your value - you cannot help but uphold the value of another. It is true, we are all more alike than we are different. We are all individuals connected at the same Source and We are all in this together.
